Kenan recently tweeted a photo of a crying child with a sinister looking man-in-bunny-costume, teasing what could possibly be a character in the movie. Meanwhile, Cawthon releases 'Five Nights at Freddy's' fourth game installment updates in time for Halloween.
According to Design & Trend, Kenan posted two photos featured a man in a bunny suit that is a reflects concepts in Scott Cawthon's games. The first image of the crying child and scary bunnyman echoes the story players learn, where a little boy is scared stiff by the "animatronic characters" inside a "kid-friendly restaurant." He is eventually attacked by one of the robots, which turns out to be of a "great theoretical significance" to the story's plot development.
The second image Kenan tweeted was a frightening close up of the eye of the man in the bunny suit. In the "Five Nights at Freddy's' universe, there is a man who wears a character costume to ensnare children and murder them. The victims' souls possess the robots of Freddy Fazbear restaurant , including one rabbit-like creature named Bonnie.
Fans now speculate if these photos will reflect in the movie what they mean in the game. According to the Vine Report, Kenan himself is a big 'Five Nights at Freddy's' fan and is amazed at the "depth of the story line." Seeing as Cathon will be deeply involved in the production, fans can expect that Kenan's teasers may amount to something in the plot or character roster of the film.
Meanwhile, 'Five Nights at Freddy's' creator talked about the fourth instalment of the game, saying he's quite disappointed because no one has really figured out the story. According to Kotaku, he wants fans to "know every bit and lore" of the latest game, just like they did in the first games. He is also planning to release a new game, different from 'Five Nights at Freddy's.'
It has earlier been reported that animatronics wil be used instead of CGI in the film. Kenan's teaser photos are not in any way a part of the production or filming. 'Five Nights at Freddy's' is still developing its script under the guidance of both director Gil Kenan and game creator Scott Cawthon.
