Episode 11 of "Masters of Sex" Season 3 is the aptly titled "Party of Four" where Bill Johnson invited Virginia Johnson, her lover Dan Logan and Dan's wife, Alice Logan (guest star Judy Greer) to what in all probability will be a most awkward dinner party ever.
Christian Post relates that from the promo for the episode we can see Bill giving a toast with Gina upset with him for inviting Alice. Gina can be seen walking out on the dinner as Dan smirks at the trouble Bill is having with her. Libby gets a surprise visit from an officer who was there for Bill.
A Cartermatt.com article says that the episode is particularly important as it is the second to the last episode of Season 3. It is hoped that the episode will help in the big build-up to the season finale.
Guest star Judy Greer talked to EW about her character and what people could expect to happen at the dinner party. She says that Alice Logan drinks heavily and knows her husband is sleeping with Virginia but is unable to confront her husband about his infidelity. The last person she expected to see at a dinner is his other woman although it appears that Virginia was also blindsided with the arrangement.
When asked about a photo of her character and Virginia having a moment sitting on a couch, Greer dropped a spoiler that Dan told his wife that he loved Virginia. She got upset and when she had a moment alone with Virginia, Alice told her that she knew about their affair.
