The "Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer", a spinoff to the "Animal Crossing" series, will be jumping to the US on September 25 and to Europe on October 2. The community simulation game by Nintendo has also crossed over the "Style Savvy" fashion video game. Fans, new and old, can familiarize themselves with the game by watching the recently released trailers.
As more and more fans get excited about "Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer"'s release, three new trailers of the game was launched by Nintendo 3DS on September 15, according to Hardcore Gamer. It highlighted on how the players can build hotels, hospitals, and schools while they work at Nook's Home. One of the video-demo presented on how players can obtain new characters they will be designing homes for by using the NFC reader or Nintendo 3DS console.
Meanwhile, a cross-over between the "Style Savvy" series and the "Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer" happened recently in Japan, mentioned in Siliconera. "Style Savvy"'s latest entry "Girls Mode 3: Kirakira Code" not only allows users to play dress-up, but can also design a house in their own liking with unique furniture. Those who will play "Girls Mode 3" can download six free items from "Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer". Three furniture pieces will be the add-ons for the in-game dollhouse which include an amiibo phone, Nook's Home car, and a copy machine. The other three, which are sets of clothing, will come from the "Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer". A character will get Isabelle's spring shirt, Lottie's long sleeved shirt, and a Nook's Home blazer.
On the other hand, the new 3DS, with Super Famicom colored buttons and interchangeable face plates, will also come to North America with the "Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer" Bundle on September 25, according to a Games Radar report. The bundle comes with two sets of faceplates (one featuring Isabelle's little dog secretary face and one designed home), the system, a full download of the game, and an amiibo card to get players started.
If users are more interested with the faceplates than the interior design for animals, they could just purchase the bundle, forget about the download, and make a swap of the plates for something else. This new 3DS bundle with the "Happy Home Designer" game costs $219.99. Those who prefer to play on their old 3DS can grab a bundle with the game, an amiibo card, along with the Nintendo 3DS NFC Reader/Writer for only $49.99. The NFC reader is needed when scanning amiibo cards in and designing home for special characters like Isabelle.
