Swedish reality star, Fredrick Eklund took the social media to announce the loss of their baby girl because of the surrogate's miscarriage.

The Million Dollar Listing New York Swedish star, Fredrik Eklund notified their followers on their social media account, Facebook and in Instagram on Tuesday about the heart-wrenching news. The Bravo TV reality star expressed how he's deeply saddened hearing the news, he wrote, "I'm sad to share we've had a failed pregnancy. I have cried so much that I can't cry anymore. We were pregnant with twins but we're not anymore," E! News reported.

He continued on his post, "I chose to share this here, because I made this quest for Milla (and hopefully her sibling) public a long time ago. Our family is no different from yours, we just want to build our own unit of love in our own home." Currently, the couple stays in New York with their two pet dogs according to ET,

Fredrik says he and his husband will never give up and still try. The couple still hopes they will succeed in having their own children.

Eklund will not be seen on the Million Dollar Listing New York for the mean time. However, he's manager confirmed he will be back on the said series.

Fredrik Eklund and his husband got married in 2013. The 33-year old reality star became very open to the public about their relationship. Eklund had been yearning to have children with his husband, Derek Kaplan, particularly a baby girl and will be named Milla. Their search for a surrogate was documented on Fredrik Eklund's Bravo reality show.

Last April, the couple proudly announced that they are expecting a daughter through surrogacy. They have been preparing for the child's arrival. Eklund who was the most excited said he's really glad that they are moving forward to parenthood. However, it seems this time is not the time for them to become parents yet, as the pregnancy did not succeed.
