With the announcement of the development of the third installment of "Thor", rumors and speculations are increasing. Well, reports say that "Thor: Ragnarok" will compromise with the cataclysmic crisis in Asgard closing any contacts to earth because of the Ragnarok or "twilight of the gods".
According to a report on Collider, Tom Hiddleston admitted that he has no idea on what the upcoming film is going to offer and reiterated that his ideas are limited of what he knows. "Honestly, I don't know. It's all in Kevin Feige's brain," he said.
He also mentioned his contract and if his time as Loki in the Marvel film is almost running out. "It feels like the Marvel Universe is expanding at such a rate, and I wish -- I'm not being coy -- I don't know where Loki fits into that. So we'll see. Your guess is as good as mine."
So, basically, he does not know how Loki fits into the "Thor: Ragnarok". Aside from that, Youth Health Mag reported that Jane Foster might not be seen in the third installment of "Thor" since the upcoming sequel movie will have limited interplay with Midgard.
In terms of the filmmaking, Forbes insisted that the sequel movie must be directed by Guillermo Del Toro. It was reported that Del Toro is the perfect person for the director's chair, simply because, his previous films were a success.
Notably, the first Thor's franchise in 2011 used $150 million for the movie and earned a total of $449 million worldwide. In 2013, "Thor: The Dark World" grossed $644 million which was not even half of the $170 million budget. In addition to that, the quality of the movie was remarkably amazing.
It's not a surprise that Hiddleston denied to give details about his character in the future movie but, speculations insist that his character will play an important role in the cinematic universe. Maybe, his popularity has something to do with the movie studio's decision of keeping him.
