The upcoming "Spider-Man" reboot will feature a young Peter Parker. Also, Kraven the Hunter will reportedly be the film's main villain.
According to Screen Rant, the forthcoming "Spider-Man" reboot will showcase a 15-year-old Peter Parker who supposedly lives a normal life of a teenager - until he got bitten by a spider. He is trying to cope with friends and homework while figuring out the power he just acquired.
According to Yahoo! in an interview with Empire Magazine, director Jon Watts revealed that the said film will focus more on Peter Parker's high school life.
"I love the idea of making a coming-of-age high school movie, and we're really going to see Peter Parker in high school and get deeper into that side of it." Watts added, "He's just 15 now. Tom was pretty perfect. He's very athletic. He can actually do a backflip!"
Additionally, the director confirmed that for the very first time, a "Spider-Man" movie will not focus on how Spidey got his powers. He even revealed that the fans will no longer see Uncle Ben, as it will no longer be the typical origins movie.
"Spider-Man" reboot is set to be released on July 28, 2017, and the new Peter Parker will reportedly be played by Tom Holland after Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield played the role of the webslinger.
On the other hand, Realty Today reported that the new film will deal with a new villain who is Kraven the Hunter. But before Spiderman can get his hands on Kraven in the latest reboot, he has to fight together with Iron Man in "Captain America: Civil War."
The film certainly offers new challenges and opportunities for the fan-favorite Peter Parker. In fact, it is reportedly different as well as unique in comparison to previous films. Moreover, one crucial role will be played by Marissa Tomei, who will play as Aunt May in the said film.
As the "Spider-Man" reboot comes to the big screen and features a young Peter Parker, fans and fanatics alike will get to enjoy a whole new Spider-Man perspective. Aside from that, Kraven the Hunter as the film's main villain is also something really interesting.
