Star Nikki Mudarris recently has a sex scandal that is out resurfacing the internet. She claims she had no idea such video existed, let alone be seen by the whole world.

The "Love & Hiphop: Hollywood" star Nikki Mudarris recently has a burden of having a sex scandal out in the open. She is now planning to bring the issue to court and file legal charges to whoever is responsible for leaking such video. Inquisitr reports that Mudarris was just recently seen in a sex video with now ex-boyfriend Mally Mall. She is furious about the unfortunate incident and is allegedly lashing it out on Mall, blaming him for what happened. Her lawyers have already sent out letters to various blogs that posted the video, telling them to take it down otherwise legal actions shall be pursued.

Mudarris's lawyers claimed that the video was taken without Nikki's knowledge and gave the websites until 5pm of Thursday to take the video down, according to TMZ. Nikki initially wanted to ignore the issue but has already gone viral, she is now angry at the violation of her privacy. She is devastated having the world to see an intimate moment that was supposedly not for the public to see. She assured that she would never consent to such a thing, clearing it out that she was really not aware of the moment being videotaped.

In an interview with Mally Mall by The Source, he claims that Nikki was aware of the moment being taped and is accusing her of lying as she told the world that she didn't know it was happening. He claims that Nikki even watched the video over and over again. He stated that they both had copies of the video and had no idea how it got leaked but assured it wasn't him who brought that video to the public's eyes. Mall is claiming that this is a stunt played by Mudarris to sabotage his upcoming reality show.

It hasn't been clear up to this point as to who really leaked the video out in the public. Both parties are claiming different statements and are clearly denying any involvement in it. Once legal charges are going to be implemented, the truth will soon come out eventually.
