Halo 5: Guardians is slated to be released on October 27, 2015 for Xbox One. Few days before its release, 343 Industries discloses multiplayer playlist for the Big Team Battle and explained it is fueled and molded by Halo community Feedback.
Multiplayer Designer Quinn DelHoyo through Halo site discussed how the multiplayer playlist of Halo 5: Guardians was created. DelHoyo said that when they set to design Halo 5: Guardians' launch playlist, they intend to make a high quality matchmaking with variations of new and familiar gametypes. Yet, they understand that every player has its own preference.
"Thanks to their great feedback and passion - we were able to come up with a solid initial selection of playlists that met our original goals of variety, community involvement. We want to be absolutely clear that the playlist selection in Halo 5: Guardians is going to be a living entity that is fueled and molded by the community." DelHoyo wrote.
As discussed with IGN, DelHoyo described the Big Team Battle. "We're crafting all new maps that are designed from the ground up to cater to Big Team Battle. These will include a healthy mix of infantry and vehicular combat that Big Team Battle is known for," DelHoyo announced.
