Forty years after the Black Ops 2 is where the deep dark twisted narrative of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 begin. It is said to be within realistic difficulty level. To make the game more accurate, a marketing campaign on Black Ops 3 Twitter account suggest terrorist attack in Singapore is the highlight of game's stunt. And game developer is sorry for the offense it instigate.
Speaking to Game Spot, studio design director David Vonderhaar said that the Black Ops narrative is twisted and one that will leave players reeling. Vonderhaar further explained that the twisted narrative is not hard to understand and the story is on purpose where player may ask himself "I'm not sure what's going on with me right now, I'm not who I think I am. Are all these things normal?"
What intrigued fans the most is the realistic difficulty level. Director Jason Blundell said, via Xbox Achievements, the realistic difficulty level changes the way players play the game. "[In Realistic] you have one point of life, so if you're shot once, you're dead. It completely changes the way you play the game," says Blundell. "You all have to survive as a group. You end up respecting the level in a completely different way, and once gunfire opens up, everyone just drops to the ground, because if any one bullet hits you or a grenade goes off near you, you're dead."
Meanwhile, Treyarch has issued apology offended by the marketing strategy launched in the game's Twitter account. It seemed to suggest terrorist attack in Singapore, IGN reported. Blundell shown remorse of the effect of the marketing stunt saying it was supposed to be getting ready with the campaign element.
The twisted narrative and the realistic difficulty level will fixed the players to Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 as it comes out on November 6 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC.
