Many gamers have started to anticipate the "The Legend of Zelda" on Wii U console when it was first announced in January 2013. Two years have passed but the game is still not available and it was said that the delay is because of adjustment in graphics and the upcoming game console by Nintendo.
Master Herald reported that the delay in the supposed release date of "The Legend of Zelda" on Wii U is mainly to give way on the graphics changes and the possible coming of NX, the new gaming console of Nintendo.
Game critics believe that it is necessary for Nintendo to make some upgrade on the graphics of "The Legend of Zelda" to make it compatible to run on both Wii U and NX.
However, Nintendo still does not have any statement that confirms these reports. Everything about "The Legend of Zelda" to work on Wii U and the rumored gaming console NX are just speculations at the present time.
The upcoming installment on the The Legend of Zelda series is considered to be the eighteenth main title for the franchise that has been released by Nintendo, said PC Advisor. Aside form an open world feature, this game will also display HD graphics which was first seen in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.
Nintendo has released remakes of its older Zelda games in the past, with The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D launching earlier this year and The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HDreleased in 2013.
In another report from Game Spot, Nintendo has already produced several remakes of the older Zelda games. In 2013, they released The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD. Early part of this year marked the launching of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D.
The delay on the release date of 'The Legend of Zelda' on Wii U seem to have disappointed some Nintendo fans. However, there are some gamers who became more excited to see the game especially if the graphics will be enhanced and the game can be played in the new Nintendo game console.
