"General Hospital" spoilers for the week of October 19-23 reveal Julian getting the shocking news from Alexis that his son, Leo, is still alive. Unconvinced with Olivia's story that she adopted a baby, Alexis took the baby's pacifier to have it DNA tested.
This week will also see the possible return of Ned Ashton to Port Charles reports Yibada. Ned previously left town after being rejected by Olivia. His return could mean that he will be there to once again help and support Olivia now that she is put in a tight spot with the baby.
Meanwhile,"General Hospital" spoilers also mention Liz' bridal shower that was planned by her friends. Everything is turning up roses for Liz but it is doubtful if this will continue after Jason Morgan's big reveal coming very soon. It will be a big question if Jake would still want to marry her after that.
Monday October 19:
Jake confronts Nikolas to reveal everything he knows about his past says Soap Central. Nikolas candidly talks about his feelings for Hayden with Spenser which Hayden overhears. Meanwhile, Olivia must come to terms with her decisions. Julian makes a suspicious phone call.
Tuesday October 20:
Sonny overhears some upsetting news about his condition. Brad tells Alexis his legal predicament. Maxie comes up with a plan to help Dillon with his movie. Dante tells Olivia about his and Lulu's plans of having a baby.
Wednesday October 21:
Alexis gets the paternity test results and immediately tells Julian that his son is still alive. Soaps She Knows reports that Kiki helps a bewildered Nina host a family visit with Maxie and Nathan. Dante is urged by Nathan to tell Lulu about his affair with Valerie.
Thursday October 22:
Spinelli discovers something important while helping Sam and Jake. Liz pleads with Jake to give up his mission of learning more about his past and learning his real identity. Meanwhile Lulu feels the tension between Laura and Nikolas.
Friday October 23:
Liz' colleagues throw her a bridal shower at the hospital. Laura is concerned about Little Jake's behavior. Michael surprises Sonny with some positive news and Anna makes a startling discovery.
