"General Hospital" (GH) will have major relationship drama revolving around several residents of Port Charles. This week, Dillon will finally confess his feelings for Lulu. Dante and Valerie have been seeking comfort from each other as well. Liz will feel big pressure to tell the truth to Jake or will he realize that she already knows his secret identity sooner?
This week, fans may also have to say their farewells to Sonny Corinthos as his condition continue to deteriorate after being shot. Soap Opera Fan reports that he may die or be retired from the Corinthos syndicate.

Monday, October 5
Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) receives an unexpected phone call that leaves her unsettled and agitated. Yibada reports that Elizabeth behaves strangely after the phone call. Tracy questions Michael's loyalty while Anna feels guilty when Emma expresses admiration for her.
Tuesday, October 6
Nikolas tries desperately to get a handle on Hayden reports We Love Soaps. There is tension growing between Hayden and Nikolas. Meanwhile, Jake questions Elizabeth about the phone call and wonders about Elizabeth's strange behavior. Franco tries to help a struggling Kiki while Tracy and Paul get into an argument.
Wednesday, October 7
Hayden overhears a private conversation and discovers a secret in the process. Jake makes a plea to Sam to help him figure out Elizabeth's behavior change. Emma, Anna and Sam have a heart-to-heart discussion.
Thursday, October 8
A wrong assumption made by Nathan leads to serious consequences. Dillon turns to Paul for advice. Alexis and Julian take their relationship to a whole new level. Dante and Lulu talk about a future together and reignite their old bond. Meanwhile, Dante seeks answers from Valerie.
Friday, October 9
Dillon reveals his feelings to Lulu. Laura urges Elizabeth to tell the truth. Jake and Sam find themselves in a difficult situation during an investigation.
