The latest Microsoft Surface Pro 4 will be powered by the 6th Generation Core processors, formerly known as Skylake. They could be a lot more competent than prior generation chips, however, Microsoft did not desire to choose for a low powered fanless model. Instead, the company has picked for a hybrid plan that still uses a fan, but diminishes the overall device's thickness.
