Following the release of Grand Theft Auto 5 for Windows PC this year, rumors quickly spread that Rockstar will announce the availability of GTA 6 for 2018. Furthermore, whispers have it that game developer has solid plans about the 6th franchise of GTA.
According to Neuro Gadget, gossips spreading that Rockstar has a concrete idea how GTA 6 will appear and the qualities that will come with it. In view of that, the roadmap of GTA 6 is allegedly almost finished and the developers have plans how to implement all the new features.
The site reported that even there is a possible truth to the stories, GTA 6 will take years to be finally to come out in the public, and above all that Rockstar is still releasing GTA 5 downloadable contents. The developer is also fixing the bugs and issues of GTA 5.
Aside from the release date, what intensifies the speculations is the information about the female protagonist and the map that is of United States, wrote Christian Today.
Cited from Latino Post, the 6th installment of GTA will be tendering "job-like features", a first for this renowned car pursuit RPG. It was also mentioned that the game will provide income generating assignments such as "getting a career in the army or police force, because it will give gamers a more authentic feel."
Whether the game developer would confirm or deny the talks about the GTA 6, Latino Post recanted an interview with President Leslie Benzies saying that the creative team has spent time thinking what ideas will be poured in to GTA 6.
"We don't know what GTA 6 will be, but we've got some ideas," said Benzies.
Since Rockstar focuses on current platforms, GTA 6, if ever be released, will be available in the next-gen consoles and is expected to hit the stores sometimes in 2018.
