In just a few weeks before the game's release on November 3, Developer Ghost Games has revealed the full car list of the latest "Need for Speed" racing game which can be customized. Moreover, Ghost Games also made it known to NFS fans that they will be providing "free content updates."
Christian Post reported that there are 51 cars for players to choose from on the new "Need for Speed" game which cam from the legendary makers of street racing cars like BMW, Chevrolet, Dodge, and Ferrari. The list may seem to be shorter compared with Forza Motorsport 6 or Gran Turismo, these cars were specifically hand-picked for the purpose of efficiency on high speeding conditions.
The available cars to be unlocked from the beginning and 'gated only by in-game prices': one Acura RSX-S, five BMWs, two Dodges, two Ferraris, two Chevrolets, five Ford Mustangs, two Hondas, three Mazdas, three Lamborghinis, a Lotus Exige S, a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution MR, a McLaren 570S, a cool total of 7 Nissans, four Porsches, two Subarus, three Toyotas, a Scion FR-S, a Volkswagen Golf GTI and Volvo 242.
All of these cars can be extensively customized. Furthermore, Ghost Games explained that the updates for the future content are free because "Need for Speed won't have paid DLC or microtransactions."
More than just a mere respray, Red Bull said that the new Need For Speed will be totally different on every level. Craig Sullivan, creative director at Ghost Games said, "The game is built on entirely new foundations, so really everything is new or reworked. We wanted to take a year out and deliver something that the fans of the series really deserved."
Need for Speed will be released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One according to Techno Buffalo. The PC edition will come in 2016.
The countdown for the racing game fans will be over on November 3 as 'Need For Speed' will finally arrive. Many gamers can't wait to pick and customized their favorite racing car among the 51 cars available in the new game.
