Project X Zone 2 Special Famitsu introduces crosspedia, training mode, new characters; Players planing their strategy

While getting closer to the scheduled Japanese release, Project X Zone 2 Special Famitsu and publisher Bandai Namco are preparing for the launce. The latest updates on the game's website includes Crosspedia, Training mode, and several new characters.

The role playing game that features characters from Capcom, SEGA, Bandai Namco, and Nintendo series introduces a brand new look on their website, said Geek Snack. The new website of Project X Zone 2 Famitsu Special seem to appear better than the last one. The website now features all the details about the playable characters as well as gameplay mechanics. All the trailers that were released for Project X Zone 2 are also available on the overhauled website of the game.

Among the latest update on the website includes Crosspedia, a helpful tool which allows gamers to know the included characters, gameplay systems, and terminology. The Training mode will let players try out pair, solo unit attacks, and change the training type.

Project X Zone 2 is said to include some new characters which are not present in the previous game. The latest chracters include are Ryo Hazuki from Shenmue series, Chrom and Lucina of Fire Emblem Awakening, and Fiora from Monolith Soft RPG Xenoblade Chronicles.

Anime News Network reported how Bandai Namco Entertainment described the game. Apparently, Project X Zone 2 is similar to the first game with the additional characters from Nintendo as well as Intelligent Systems' Fire Emblem Awakening. Monolith Software Inc. Is said to be developing the game that will allow gamers to "maneuver characters into position and perform strategic attacks using different combinations in real time."

Project X Zone 2 due to hit Japan on November 12, said Gematsu. The game will be available in North America on February 16, while Europe's release is on February 19.

The website's new appearance seem to be ordinary for some Project X Zone 2 Special Famitsu players. However, some gamers value the latest updates like crosspedia, training mode, and new characters above all.
