Game developer Blizzard, revealed its four heroes in the recent Gamescom 2015 and has announced that the final installment of its Starcraft II series could be able to unlock Artanis, Hierarch of Protoss, for its Heroes of the Storm game. Another exciting news came in recently with the release of a Halloween bundle which comes in two editions, and will be featuring new skins and mounts.
Being the first Starcraft warrior in Heroes of the Storm, Artanis is regarded to be the choice for players getting up close and personal with their enemies. This Protoss leader brings with him some strong hitting abilities. Heroes Fire's gameplay review revealed his abilities.
His Q ability is Blade Dash which causes thrice the damage than that of an initial dash. His W ability, the Twin Blade, immediately enables him to attack twice. His E ability is Fire Prison which deals damage to enemy heroes and enables Artanis to swap positions with the opponent. His second heroic ability is the Purifier Beam which targets enemy hero with an orbital beam that causes damage for eight seconds. Such beam chases the enemy as it moves, having an unlimited range. His first heroic ability is the Suppression Pulse which produces a fire area pulse from the Spear of Doom. It deals damage and blinds the enemy for four seconds in an unlimited range. Last is the Shield Overload; this five-second shield is activated when he takes damage while below 50% health.
Starting October 20, the Artanis gameplay will be made available to pre-orders for Star Craft II: Legacy of the Void. And after a week, the latter shall make its appearance in Heroes of the Storm.
