Users of LG G4, G3, G2, and G Flex 2 are now wondering if when the new Android 6.0 Marshmallow will hit their devices. However, a recent progress in Poland was described that the planned rollout could delay the release date.
Gospel Herald reports that the release of Marshmallow for the LG G4 that was supposed to happen in Poland last week has been postponed indeterminately. LG even broadcasts that the "update is temporarily suspended", however they haven't provided proper explanation of what has been the specific problems on delaying the European rollout.
It is said that the LG G4 will be the first LG device to get the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow upgrade. After that, the rest of the LG handsets including the LG G Flex 2, LG G4, LG G3 and LG G Style will be receiving the latter upgrade.
The first ones that will be able to enjoy the Android Marshmallow upgrade are the LG G4 users who reside in Poland. Thus far, there is no word if when exactly the LG G4 owners from other parts of the world will receive their upgrade on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow, realty today wrote.
It is also mentioned that this delay on the Poland rollout for LG is a bad jump since the company went out of its way to boast that their mobile gadgets would belong to the first to obtain Marshmallow. Of course, first was the Google Nexus, while HTC has released their latest HTC One A9 that will feature the Android 6.0 out of the box.
A report from Yibada says that T-Mobile has told that the LG G Stylo and LG G3 are set to receive the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update in its first wave. According to other hearsays, the Android Marshmallow update might arrive as soon as November; yet, this may put to the newer LG smartphones including the LG G Flex 2 and LG G4.
Numerous reports are suggesting that the LG G2 will not receive the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update. However, many users of LG G4, G3, G2, and G Flex 2 still hope that the company would acquire Android Marshmallow update to at least the G4 by the end of this year even if there is also a rumor that this delay could put it off until early 2016.
