Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 New TV Spot Features Katniss Vs. Capitol Fight; $121.5 Million Projected for Opening Day on Nov. 20

Katniss Everdeen has her eyes set and weapons ready for her fight against the Capitol in the Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 new tv spot. A good $121.5 million is also projected for the franchise's final instalment, weeks before it hits theaters.

Katniss and her allies have one chance to complete their mission to take down President Snow in the new 60-second tv spot released for the film, as reported by The Wrap. However, it is not expected to be an easy task as Snow has also prepared his own booby traps and army for Katniss' arrival.

Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 will be the final installment in the successful franchise which currently has a total of $1.1 billion from its 3 previous instalments. Acccording to a report by Deadline this number is expected to increase as the upcoming film is currently projected for a $121.5 million opening day, which is slightly lower than Mocking Part 1's $121.9 million. However, this amount still susceptible for changes as marketing intensifies as the project nears its release.

The film's over-all total awareness is also high at 90%, while the definite interest for is in 63% compared to Part 1's 65%. It will see the return of Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss, Liam Hemsworth as Gale, Josh Hutcherson as Peeta, Sam Claflin as Finnick, and Willow Shields as Primrose among many others.

When asked about what to expect in the film, director Francis Lawrence revealed that the characters' history will be the highlight. "When you get to the end, you just feel the entire history of what these characters have been through. It's part of what makes this movie all the more satisfying.", he stated, as reported by Entertainment Weekly.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 is directed by Francis Lawrence and written by Peter Craig and Danny Strong. It is based from the Sci-fi adventure book series written by Suzanne Collins. Look for it in theaters in November 20, 2015.
