Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Spoilers: Henry Cavill teases plot details; Batmobile, Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman fresh photos released

Two of DC's greatest heroes are set to battle it out in the forthcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Henry Cavill revealed the root of the feud between characters while new images were recently released for the film.

Much anticipation has been revolving around the film most because of the guaranteed clash between Batman and Superman. Moreover as reported by Hitfix, Cavill and Affleck revealed that the source of the feud links back to Superman and General Zod's fight in Man of Steel.

"What happens there is one of Bruce's buildings gets destroyed and he's trying to save all the people inside the building and he can'", Cavill said. "So he is this angry person who fears what Superman may do. Why are they just going to trust this super-powered alien? What if he does decide to turn against us?", he added.

Although it seems like Superman gets the upper hand in their fight, Movie Pilot revealed that Batman has also prepared himself for it. Aside from the fact that he has been into the superhero act way longer than Superman, he also altered and crafted his Bat suit that he aims to use to crush Superman.

Furthermore, director Zack Snyder also revealed that Batman also has Superman's goodness as an advantage. "The advantage that Batman has is the goodness of Superman; the compliance to fair play that Superman has... Batman knows how to exploit Superman", he revealed.

However, as reported by Screen Rant, this fight would probably not last for long as a bigger and greater villain is expected to barge in. The advent of the said enemy will force the heroes, along with Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman to team up to fight against the greater evil.

Meanwhile, new Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice photos were released featuring Gadot as Diana Prince, the new Bat mobile, and a first look at DC's trinity, Batman, Wonder Woman, and Superman donning their super suits.

It was also previously revealed that aside from Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa is also expected to make an appearance as Arthur Curry/Aquaman as well as Ezra Miller as Barry Allen/The Flash. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is currently slated to hit theaters on March 25, 2016.
