It may not have impressive HTML5 tricks just like the other games' sites, but Nintendo of America have officially launched their Xenoblade Chronicles X website. Check out some of their high resolution screenshots.
Gameranx reported that the site is pretty much barebones as of now, but it contains a numerous extensive screenshots plus some wallpapers for the base information. The preorder links that gamers would be expecting are also made available with the Special Edition details on it.
Xenoblade Chronicles gained a limited release in the North America and still considered one of the bestsellers during launch. After its release in Japan on April 29, the games fate in the West is still unclear.
Nintendo Enthusiast shared the game's goal posted in Xenoblade Chronicles X site which is to "Survive humanity's new home." The site may seem to be not fully ready, but they believe that Nintendo put together a "quite impressive" and gorgeous teaser site for the highly anticipated JRPG in the western shores.
While Zelda Wii U and Star Fox Zero are experiencing delays, Xenoblade Chronicles X is considered to be one of the highly anticipated Wii U exclusives for this holiday. Expectations that Monolith Soft's will be able to step up and keep all the Wii U users satisfied are very high. This is amidst several multiplatform games that Wii U is missing, such as Star Wars Battlefront, Fallout 4, and Just Cause 3.
Meanwhile, Destructoid said that Nintendo is making a trend with changing costume during localization. For the upcoming Xenoblade Chronicles X, The outfits of 13 year-old Lin is now changed so it will be less revealing. Nintendo made these changes in costume to make the characters more appropriate for countries outside of Japan.
The excitement of many Xenoblade fans increased with this new teaser site. It seems that North American are getting ready for the upcoming Xenoblade Chronicles X.
