The Beats Pill+ continues to receive various feedback from dissatisfied subscribers

Apple released its second app on Google store, called Beats Pill+. The app lets users control the smartphone's speakers via Bluetooth. Nevertheless, the app seems to be unattractive and uninteresting to some users because of the one star rating it has maintained since the day it was launched.

A page for Beats Pill+ in Google Play page stated more information about the new app. It can be navigated by turning on the Pill+ speaker and by pushing "b." Then heading to Bluetooth menu to select speaker, and starting to play with the different modes. There were also other functions of the new app, like DJ mode, which can enable up to two connections; Amplify that can mix and simultaneously play music; and Stereo that can enable two output speakers from left to right.

However, there was a lot of negative feedback posted on the Google Play page that Beat Pill+ received. One of the subscribers said that his device froze after he downloaded the new app, while another said that Beat Pill+ did not work on his Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge due to a force stop error. The same experience felt by another user whose phone crashed after downloading the new app. Furthermore, there were reviews that disappointed the subscribers because the app did not perform the way they expected it to be.

On the other hand, there were also some positive reviews that the new app received. These include a comment from Nicholas Caito, "Perfect! This can really add value to an existing purchase." More so, Venture Beat noted various comments that defended Apple by giving five stars to the new product due to joining Google Play. Some also were noted in 9to5Mac that said the new app worked fine and interesting on his device.

Apple did not give its own comments regarding the negative feedbacks that the new app received. Nonetheless, Beat Pill+ still continues to be in Google Play and remains downloadable upon purchase.
