Warner Bros. Interactive officially announced the release of wave 2 level packs of the successful toys-to-life franchise, LEGO Dimensions. These fun packs will feature Doctor Who with the Doctor himself, K-9, and the Tardis.
Aside from the minifigures of the said characters in the Doctor Who level pack, God Is A Geek said that the level 'The Dalek Extermination of Earth' is included. Players can now enjoy being the Doctor as they travel the distance of time and space while saving the world using every skill available.
Kai and Cole minifigures are the ones included in the LEGO Ninjago team pack. Gamers can rebuild Cole's Builder Bomber to form a Boulder Blaster while Cyclone Jet and Kai's Blade Bike may be turned into a Flying a Fire Bike and Blades of Fire vehicle.
The two The Simpsons fun packs offer Bart minifigure with given access to Bart's Target along with Mini Access abilities and Gravity Sprinter. The Krusty minifigure in the Krusty the Clown fun pack will give gamers the chance to experience the special Growth and Hazard Cleaner powers and even drive the Clown Bike.
Lastly, the Unikitty minifigure which came from The Lego Movie will also be available on The Lego Movie fun pack. Her special Master Build, Rainbow LEGO, and Big Transform abilities will be helpful in solving puzzles and destroy enemies.
A new Hire-a-Hero feature will be introduced as an update to the game, according to Game Zone.This will enable players to try characters from Wave 1 through spending Studs.
Meanwhile, Xbox Achievements shared a video where they unboxed the second wave of packs from LEGO Dimension to show the stuff in it.
Many toys-to-life fans have waited for the release of these fun packs. With Doctor Who and some famous characters included, it seems that LEGO Dimensions Wave 2 packs are worth the wait.
