HTC is reportedly to release a yet another addition to its smartphone lineup, the One X9. A photo was leaked through China's microblogging website, Weibo, which appears to be the rumored One X9.
The photo that was leaked in Weibo reveals that the HTC One X9 features a premium and sleek design, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset or Helios X20, as well as BoomSound speakers. Though the upcoming One A9 has not been confirmed yet, another alleged smartphone is predicted to arrive in the coming months. This just might give the company one more chance in the smartphone market.
Rumor has it that the One X9 will sport a 5-inch screen and 2560 by 1440 pixel display. Under the hood, it will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor clocked at 2.2 GHz or MediaTek Helios X20 with 4GB of RAM. The BoomSound speakers will also be included in this speculated smartphone, unlike in the One A9.
Moreover, it is believed to include a full-metal body, 3500mAh battery, 2K display, and either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. It is also safe to assume that the One X9 will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box, since the One A9 is expected to have it too. Camera wise, it will boast a 23-megapixel rear shooter and a 4-ultrapixel front snapper.
Furthermore, just like any HTC devices, it will be launched first in China, However, it stays uncertain as to whether it will be released in other countries or not. Its retail pricing could be $472.
If the rumors are to be believed, then the HTC One X9 could be the ideal smartphone one could ever have. With all its alleged specifications and features, it appears to be very powerful and promising. Thus, everyone should just wait patiently for the official announcements of HTC in the coming days.
