Super Mario Maker update for Wii U now introduces brand new event courses and checkpoints. More fans who like creating their own user level are expected to get hook with Mario again.

As reported by Rocket News 24, these new event courses in Super Mario Maker appear to be maps chosen for their quality and have a specific background. The are maps are won via Facebook "hackathon" which enable to see the employee who could attain the best level in Super Mario Maker.

The second feature on the update are the level checkpoints that is believed to make the user-created levels gaming even more fun. The designers with amateur level can now simply click a new tool to have an additional automatic checkpoint.

IGN also added that the Tri Force Heroes Event Course, which features a Totem Link, is among the Event Courses. The Game Center CX host Shinya Arino may now be accessed using his own course. New costumes will be made available for players to use once the character's respective course is completed.

The players will receive restricted power-up items which make mini Mario evolve into Super Mario if he defeats the Question Block, said Realty Today. If the character is already in a Super Mario form, the Question Block will then give him Fire Flower.

This is created by Mr Nakago, NCL staff member, and was included in the early "Super Mario Bros." Nakago did his best in making sure that this update will be included in Super Mario Maker. "It just wouldn't be Super Mario without it," he added. Super Mario Maker was released exclusively for Wii U in September. According to the latest ROI of Nintendo, the game sold 1.88 million units from its launch.

This classic game did not lose its appeal to some fans. Now that Super Mario Maker update offers new event courses and checkpoints, many Mario fans get really excited.
