The show's next episode will shift from the current issue of the ISIS and Russia storylines and will aim on establishing better relations with Cuba. The same post revealed how Elizabeth McCord (Tèa Leoni) will be doing everything in her power to get the support of the Senate in lifting the trade embargo between the United States and Cuba. The episodes will also be focusing on the trade to the Caribbean island nation and the feasible strategy for it. Spoiler also revealed that McCord would personally oversee the whole deal and ensure a successful negotiation with Cuba.
