The promo video for "Supergirl" Episode 4 has been released by CBS and the synopsis for the next installment entitled "How Does She Do It" has also been revealed.
In a report by Superhero Hype, the next episode will be airing on November 16 and the official synopsis reads: "Kara's two identities are stretched thin when Supergirl must protect National City from a series of bombings and Kara is tasked with babysitting Cat's son, Carter. Also, James is conflicted when his ex-girlfriend Lucy Lane seeks to rekindle their relationship."
"Supergirl" Episode 4 entitled "How Does She Do It?" is basically about Kara torn between work and duty. She really wants to please Cat Grant but sometimes when her boss wants her to do something, someone is in danger and she has to heed to the call of duty, Christian Today shared.
Basically, while babysitting for Cat's son, a series of explosions will be rocking National City and she has to choose between leaving the boy and saving the city. Cat will then wonder what is more important than doing a favor for her boss. However, if she does not choose to leave the boy, more people will be hurt from the bombings.
Speaking of Cat's son, Comic Book shared that Levi Miller will guest star as the son and Jenna Dewan-Tatum will be guest starring as the ex of James, Lucy Lane.
In the previous episodes of "Supergirl," Cat portrayed the hero as the embodiment of the worst traits of her generation that is why Kara wants to prove her wrong. She wants to be acknowledged as someone entirely different from her cousin Superman.
Kara also battled with Reactron in the previous episode of "Supergirl." Reactron is this villain who hated Superman as his wife died in a disaster caused by terrorists. Superman was able to save the day but then Reactron's wife died. Reactron then wanted to kill Kara as he found out that she is Superman's cousin. Superman also made an appearance as James called him to help Kara.
"Supergirl" Episode 4 will be about Kara proving Cat wrong but is torn between work and her call of duty. The show airs Mondays on CBS.
