The SXSW took place from March 13 to 22 in Austin and screened 145 feature films including 'The Final Girls', 'Moonwalkers' and 'Trainwreck'.
It was reported that Epic Pictures Group acquired rights for the film at the SXSW festival where it earned positive reviews and a strong following, according to Horror Movies.
