Nintendo fans have all the reason to rejoice as it is confirmed that the famous sandbox game Minecraft created by Mojang will be available for Wii U soon. Nintendo is anticipated to make official announcement on the same day.
The confirmation has been made when Pan European Game Information (PEGI) rated Minecraft for Wii U as deemed suitable for ages 7 and up, wrote IGN. What surprise fans the most is the release date of the game pointing to November 12, the day Nintendo will announce its first Nintendo Direct from the time when CEO Satoru Iwata passed away.
IGN added that Swedish programmer Markus "Notch" Persson had no plans of bringing Minecraft into Wii U. However, the game always make it to the list of top selling games in the US since its creation. Microsoft who bought the game from the maker thought that the wide-ranging platform saturation is the preeminent concern of monetizing the Minecraft trademark.
Nintendo Enthusiast recalled that a few months ago, Mojang's COO kidded the likelihood of Minecraft being available for Wii U console. TellTale then announced that there is a forthcoming publication of the Wii U Minecraft: Story Mode for Wii U.
The best means that Nintendo fans get to relish Minecraft in the future is through the Minecraft Story Mode, an adventure game created by Telltale Games. But the online post suggests Minecraft will be released on Wii U on November 12, 2015 and many are hopeful that it will be established with an official announcement by Nintendo, said Geek Snack. The popular sandbox game has been make available for Sony and Microsoft consoles but not for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS.
Geek Snack added that the console editions for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox 360 and Xbox One are always receiving updates with new content. Updates like the Halloween 2015 Mash-up skin pack trial and content, Star Wars Prequel skin pack trial content and Halo Mash-up were the updates enjoyed by Minecraft fanatics.
The official announcement of Minecraft for Wii U is expected to happen on November 12, 2015, the same day Nintendo will announce its first Nintendo Direct.
