Asus ZenFone Zoom With Intel Atom Z3580 Chipset Spotted at TENAA; Release Date on December 1st at $399

The new smartphone from Asus dubbed as ZenFone Zoom was recently spotted at TENAA where its designs and specs have been discovered. On December 1, the device is expected to be officially launched by the company.

GSM Arena reports that this new Asus ZenFone Zoom carries a model number of Z00XSB. Based on the TENAA listing, a quad-core 2.3GHz CPU provides the power for this handset and it comes in 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixel resolution) IPS display. It also gets bundled with a 4GB RAM.

According to Latin Post, this ZenFone Zoom is being powered by an Intel Atom Z3580 chipset. This new handset will come available in diverse memory options such as 2GB or 4GB of RAM as well as its internal storage that comes in 16GB, 32GB, 64GB and 128GB. Moreover, the device includes a 64GB micro-SD slot where users will be allowed to expand the built-in storage of the smartphone. This new Asus handset only comes in 11.95 millimetres at its thickest with a weight of 185 grams.

When it comes to the photography department, this latest Asus ZenFone Zoom sports a 13-megapixel for its main camera with dual-LED Real Tone flash while for its front snapper it features a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter. Furthermore, the Asus ZenFone Zoom smartphone supports Connectivity features such as GSM, TD-SCDMA, TD-LTE, LTE FDD, WCDMA, 3G, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB, writes Phones Review.

As seen in TENAA, this ZenFone Zoom handset runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop system which might be upgraded once it is released. It seems that all the goals and intentions of the Asus_Z00XSB seemed to be the same with the Asus Zenfone Zoom ZX550.

The much-awaited new Asus ZenFone Zoom will bear a price tag that starts at $399 once it hits the store shelves. This latest smartphone is being foretold to be shipped on December 1 in Taiwan.
