Apple is currently working on the iPhone 6C which is being planned to release In Q3 2016. This new iPhone is assumed to be a cheaper version of Apple's fresher flagship iPhones next year.
The Australian Network News states that the alleged successor of the iPhone 5c, which is the iPhone 6c, is the latest iPhone product to be tackled these days. Though the information is still scarce with regards to the forthcoming iPhone 6c, this new iPhone handset is being speculated to be shipped in mid-2016.
Even if the rumors for this future iPhone 6c are also uncertain at this point, there are a number of things which a user could anticipate in the iPhone 6c. A feature of a glossy plastic frame in the iPhone 5c could be one of those aforementioned expected features. It may also arrive having a similar material to other iPhones, just smaller in size.
A statement from the director of IHS Technology, China, Wang, and Kevin on their Weibo Page has claimed that in the middle of 2016, the iPhone 6C should be anticipated to release. When it comes to the iPhone 6C rumored specifications, a report from Digital trends has stated that this handset has been previously reported of becoming a mid-range phone which will bear the specs similar with iPhone 5S.
This device that is rumored to be announced as a 4-inch device will purportedly be powered by the older A8 processor instead of the current A9 chip that is being employed in the iPhone 6S or the A10 processor that is projected to be built in the iPhone 7.
Moreover, the site has also mentioned that the new iPhone 6C is predicted to include features such as 802.11ac Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, and a ƒ/2.2 aperture camera. What's more, there is another speculation which tells that Apple is planning to utilize 14/16nm FinFET chips that will be made by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and Samsung that will not be prepared for 2015.
Even if the details about the specifications and release date are yet to be announced with regard to the iPhone 6c, majority of the reports consider that it will really be released during Q3 2016. In addition, it is believed to be released before the bigger revelation of the iPhone 7 next year.
