Rock Band 4, which got released last month, has some new updates including changes in features and game mode. Harmonix is set to apply a rather big update to the rhythm game on Dec. 8.
Techno Buffalo shared a list of the new features on the game containing a score challenge option which features the social aspect of the game. It's taunt system along with the activity feed will make scoring competitive especially for the dedicated players.
Additional details are monitored and will be displayed on the game. The variable breakneck speed, which is among the most requested features, can be expected in the update as well.
For those who like drumming with some complex rhythms will love the Auto-kick mode feature. Players can now avoid the trouble with the kick drum frustration that usually messes up the game.
Players will also be notified whenever they beat a friend's score, said We Got This Covered. They also have the chance to jump right back into a specific song if they notice that they are being out-scored. Once they get their high score position back, they can easily send a taunt to other players just to show them who's the boss.
Geek Snack reported a couple of bug fixes which will be included on the patch. The packs and albums which are originally in the in-game store of XB1 are now back in the store along with their content. A fix designed to prevent hitches among PlayStation 4 players who got 2000 Friends. The game will not crash anymore whenever the vocalist will join a song without a vocal part.
The Band History stats will also list the exact total number of items in the Rock Shop. There will be further improvements to microphone lag as well as adjustments when the tambourine hits sensitivity.
Rock Band 4 game is already available on PS 4 and Xbox One. With its update on December that will introduce new features and game mode, the game is expected to make another hit.
