Chaos Run DLC of Rocket League will bring additional battle-cars and arena designs in December. This apocalypse-themed DLC also features items that were not present in the previous DLCs.
The two brand new battle cars to be added on Rocket League are Ripper and Grog, said Christian Post. Two additional rocket trails namely "Nuts and Bolts" and "Sandstorm" will also be part of the DLC.
To add excitement in a post-apocalyptic world experience, the "Chaos Run" will display Camo (for camouflaging) and Sun-Damaged as additional paint types. The paid DLC which costs $4 will contain the latest arena named Wasteland.
Psyonix has said that Wasteland is the widest stadium with a completely-dissimilar Boost placement. What they consider the major difference is that "the ground itself is sloped around the entire perimeter of the arena, making for matches that feel much different than typical Rocket League contests."
More "unusual" arena designs are said to be coming for "Rocket League" in the future. Some 'free' items to be expected in the DLC is the music from Kevin Riepl who also created the music being used for Psyonix's Nosgoth. Additional garage items will be coming soon and Developer Psyonix has advised its gamers so wait for further announcements about the game.
While players await information on "Rocket League" in the next few weeks, Tech Times shared a trailer of the game which excites many fans.
Meanwhile, Game Spot reported that Rocket League was able to sustain its popularity. The game has over five million downloads on PC and PS4 where more than a million copies were sold on Steam alone. The latest DLC for the soccer and cars game is expected to keep players' interests high.
Rocket League's very first DLC pack "Supersonic Fury" got released on August 2015 which was followed by "Revenge of the Battle-Cars," the game's second DLC which got was released on October 2015. The game had also celebrated a Halloween event and commemoration of the movie "Back to the Future."
Many fans are excited to see what the new DLC has to show. With additional battle-cars and arena on Rocket League's Chaos Run DLC, some fans just can't ask for more.
