Oppo R7s Plus Specs, Release Date: Upgraded Oppo R7s version to ship in December 2015

The Oppo R7s Plus is expected to ship in the US and Europe by December 2015. It is said to be an upgraded version of the Oppo R7s based on specs seen in TENAA certification.

Rumors tip that the Oppo R7s Plus will come to the US and Europe starting December 2015. Latin Post reported that the Oppo R7s Plus will fall under the premium smartphone category. The device was spotted in the TENAA certification website where its specs and features were revealed.

Once released, the Oppo R7s Plus will likely have a price of $517 or ¥3,300. It is considered as an upgrade of the Oppo R7s which was also seen with TENAA certification. It is actually the second time that the Oppo R7s Plus appeared in the Chinese website. Oppo updated the RAM and memory size that the device is expected to have.

According to a report by Android Community, the Oppo R7s Plus will have 4GB of RAM, 32GB or 64GB memory, and a Snapdragon 615 octa-core chip or possibly a MT6795 Helio X10 processor. It should be noted that the R7s housed a Snapdragon 615 brain.

Camera-wise, the Oppo R7s Plus is said to sport a 13MP primary camera and an 8MP selfie snapper. Compared to the R7s, the Oppo R7s Plus will have a screen display bigger by 6 inches. However, it will have a 1080 x 1920 full HD resolution display instead of Quad-HD.

Phone Arena said that the Oppo R7s Plus will be equipped with a bigger 4,100 mAh battery with VOOC quick charge technology. The estimated battery life of the device is one whole day similar to the Oppo R7s.

The premium phone could also sport a fingerprint scanner at the back. It is expected to run Android 5.1 Lollipop. For connectivity, it will likely support 4G, LTE, and dual SIM.
