Should Anna Duggar Take Part In 'Jill & Jessa: Counting On'? TLC’s Celebrity Family Allegedly Has Divided Views On This Spinoff Special

By

It's no secret what the Duggars are going through these days, even more with Anna Duggar who plays the main victim in these recent issues. With the 'sins' of the eldest son, Josh Duggar, he has made his wife a targeted subject for media and public curiosity, and now a reason for the family to argue about.

On the upcoming spinoff special of TLC "Jill & Jessa: Counting On," Anna Duggar is expected to appear for the first time on public after the scandal broke out. In a teaser clip revealed by the network, Jill and Jessa open up what they had to say regarding their brother's ordeals and also share that their hearts go out to Anna. Then the preview features Anna herself where she says, "It was heartbreaking to hear what had happened," before the video closes.

As reported by Entertainment Tonight, the appearance of Anna in this show has made family members turn against each other, disagreeing on what they're supposed to do. For the most part, it is whether to concede in having Anna share her views or if it's too much to make her face the camera at this period in time.

An insider from the Duggar family discloses to the outlet that other members of the household opted not to participate in the upcoming show to give due respect to the serious matter faced by the Duggars. Also, a few issues pointing to financial matters came up.

Allegedly, some Duggars are using Anna to boost ratings, which is a certainty for expected income. Although the Duggars have not released a statement as to who urged Anna to participate in the spinoff or if it was her independent decision, her public appearance is said to ensure her financially, whether she'll sever her ties with Josh or stays in the family.

What do you think? Should Anna Duggar appear on "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" or not?
