‘Killer Instinct 3’ Shadow Jago Details Revealed; Dev Confirms Update 2.12

Killer Instinct 3 released a new Shadow Jago this December 4 as a celebration anniversary of the game. Meanwhile, game developer confirmed that there will be a patch update to be available.

Destructoid reported that Shadow Jago was launched on December 4, 2015 and is available for players who purchased the Community Fund Bundle or Day One Xbox Live Gold. However, fans who are not able to buy the bundle or Day one Xbox Live will still have the chance to own the character by paying from December 18 until January 25 the next year. Iron Galaxy has not disclosed the pricing details yet.

The site added that a short clip dedicated to Shadow Jago is also out in public which simply means that he is ready to show off his powers.

Killer Instinct Community Manager Rukari Austin said Shadow Jago is matchless and will utilize his Season 1 boss moves, wrote Game Spot. Shadow Jago is re-skin that only varied in look to the warrior monk.

Aside from Shadow Jago, Killer Instinct 3 features characters Kim Wu, Tusk, Gargos and Battletoad Rash from season 2, Game Spot added.

Video Gamer cited the game's official blog post saying "The future is bright, and we owe it all to you, our wonderful community, for helping to make Killer Instinct what it is today. Thank you for continuing to pour everything you've got in to making KI and its community so awesome."

The site also said that the Killer Instinct Season 3 is slated to be released in March 2016. Also mentioned is that Iron Galaxy will distribute Update 2.12 that will bring change to the UI before the launching of the game.

Killer Instinct 3 is the third series of the Killer Instinct franchise, a fighting video game for Xbox One developed by Double Helix Games, Iron Galaxy Studios, Rare and Microsoft Studios.
