The long wait of the JRPG fan community is over as Nintendo and Monolifth Soft has finally released what is probably the most anticipated WiiU game for 2015, Xenoblade Chronicles X. Only days after its release, the game has already been raking positive feedbacks from fans and game critics.
Recently, Monolith Soft reveals an accolade trailer, a video which basically reveals the cool ratings and positive quotes from the media. WiiU Daily, however, expressed its surprise to discover that the "accolades" come from smaller gaming press establishments, totally without the huge ones. However, it was also reported that well known game critics like Gamespot and Polygon has given the game the ratings of 80/100 and 7/10, respectively. So far, reviews have always been positive as the game currently holds a rating of 85 on Meta Critic.
Before the game's release, Gamereactor had the chance to interview the game's director and Chief Creative Officer, Tetsuya Takahashi. He revealed that they planned a rather different approach to the game and tells interviewers that they are very interested to see gamers' reactions soon enough after the game had been released. Furthermore, Takahashi said that they made good use of the WiiU GamePad upon the gameplay to show the game map and its segment divisions, which could be helpful as one explores the harsh and inhospitable planet of Mira. In addition, Takahashi expressed that they always want to create the best game possible, and they could make changes here and there. He also expressed appreciation from fan feedbacks, and people who expresses their opinion, owing to them the quality and improvement of the game.
The game's predecessor had received praises for the game's expansive open world and impressive visuals as Monolith Soft Game has promised. Latin Post further wonders whether the exclusive title could bring anything new to the RPG, for which the site enumerates all other critics could say regarding the recently released game.
Nintendo and Monolith Soft's role playing game, Xenoblade Chronicles X, is now available in the shelves, exclusively for the Nintendo WiiU consoles. The RPG game currently enjoys positive feedbacks from gamers and enthusiasts.
