Following Xenoblade Chronicles X's groundbreaking release in Japan, Monolith Soft has scheduled the release of the game to other regions to be later this year. Xenoblade Chronicles X will now be available to regions such as North America, Australia, and Europe.

Xenoblade Chronicles X for the Wii U is one of the best RPG games around this year but sadly, its release last April 29 was only limited to Japan and there was no translated version of the game released. Wii U gamers are waiting patiently for the release of the game later this year since the game looks very promising. From the characters, bosses, and mecha that the game has in store, what's not to love about it?

The game is a sequel to the game Xenoblade Chronicles for the Wii and Nintendo 3DS. It is also an action RPG like its predecessor and players can explore the 5 continents in the game in order to finish quests and progress with the story. It is is 2054 and two alien races battle near earth. Humanity is forced to evacuate in enormous interstellar ark ships. From there, the story follows the passengers of the White Whale as they crash on planet Mira and establish a "New Los Angeles", while being hunted by one of the alien races.

Of course one can expect some epic fights with aliens while piloting a humanoid robot that is four times the size of the character. These Mecha are originally called "Dolls" but for the English version, it was changed to "Skells". These Robots can fly and transform into vehicles which will make exploring more interesting. Aside from the nice plot and mecha, Xenoblade Chronicles X will also be featuring 4 player online quests that will definitely take the open-world RPG another notch.

Xenoblade Chronicles X is an open-world action RPG game developed by Monolith Soft for the Wii U. The original version of the game can be purchased in Japan and the English version of the game will be released in North America, Australia, and Europe later this year.
