Samsung is bound to release another flagship smartphone early next year called the Samsung Galaxy S7. This handset has been all over the wire and recently a leaked video revealed some of its possible features and specifications.
According to Gotta Be Mobile, the brand new Samsung Galaxy S7 is speculated for a very early 2016 release date so rumors and predictions have already started surfacing online. Over the past few weeks there have been reports regarding its size and today a brand new Galaxy S7 Plus video has arrived finally teasing its overall design, features and more.
The early Galaxy S7 rumors first started to circulate back in September, just weeks after the new Galaxy Note 5's launch. Since then there have been small bits of information floating around, and the latest one suggests a late February release date.
Inquistr stated on its article that the Samsung Galaxy S7 looks much like its predecessor Galaxy S6. But the sides of the purported Galaxy S7 is rounder, going back to the roundness of the Galaxy S4. The renders also features no visible microSD slot or a USB Type-C. The size they came up with the Samsung Galaxy S7 is 5.1-inches while the size they rendered for the Samsung Galaxy S7 Plus is 6 inches.
Furthermore, Realty Today added that the Samsung Galaxy S7 may have Exynos 8890 and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 variants. The upcoming flagship smartphone of Samsung may have a chipset that is made up of four Kryo CPU cores clocking 1.6 to 1.7 GHz and 2.2 GHz for each two cores and is fully optimized for Samsung.
Many are unenthusiastic with this chipset because of the overheating issue that its predecessor, the 810, had suffered. However, it is speculated that the Korean tech giant is set to create a liquid cooling system for the phone.
These are based on plain speculations and alleged leaked collaterals so Samsung fans should take it as a grain of salt. However, with thenearing of its possible release, specific details about the Samsung Galaxy S7 might be spilled soon.
