American Horror Story is two episodes away from its season finale. On that note, FX has released the synopsis for the awaited hour titled “Be Our Guest”. Actress Sarah Paulson, meanwhile, is set to reprise her Murder House role on Hotel’s finale episode.
Next year, fans of American Horror Story will finally get a full-circle view on the mysteries, darkness and insanity of season 5’s Hotel. According to the synopsis released by FX via The Futon Critic, the final hour will find Iris (Kathy Bates) and Liz (Dennis O’Hare) overseeing a new era at the Hotel Cortez. In another storyline, John and Alex will face a hard time dealing with their new reality outside the hotel.
On a related issue, Sarah Paulson will be reprising her Murder House role, Billie Dean Howard on AHS Hotel’s finale. Entertainment Weekly has learned the casting news. Fans of the FX anthology first met Billie Dean as a confidante of Constance (Jessica Lange) in season one.
As to what brings her back this time, the publication shared that the finale will reveal that Billie Dean is now a star of a reality series which focuses on her psychic abilities. She comes to the hotel in the assumption that it would be a “prime” setting for one episode.
In other AHS Hotel developments, some of the cast members of the Ryan Murphy-produced series have received nominations at the Critics’ Choice Awards this year.
This includes Sarah Paulson (Best Supporting Actress in a Movie Made for Television or a Limited Series), Wes Bentley (Best Supporting Actor in a Movie Made for Television or a Limited Series) and Kathy Bates for Best Actress in a Movie Made for Television or a Limited Series).
Lady Gaga, meanwhile, has been snubbed for her performance as the daring Countess. List of the nominees has been reported by TV.com
Hopefully, the finale of AHS Hotel could answer the fans’ burning questions about the mysteries inside the Cortez. The reappearance of Bille Dean can also make for an interesting twist, an arc that’s definitely worth waiting to see.
