UFC 2 Updates: Conor McGregor named cover star of title; Release date expected Spring 2016

By

UFC 2 is currently on point with the hottest happenings in the world of The Octagon, as the newest mixed martial arts superstar to grace fans with such presence has been named. Joining the previously casted female icon, a favor was somewhat granted for the fans-and victory cannot be any sweeter.

As reported by Video Gamer, UFC 2 is one of the most recognized fighting games of the generation, and even with a release date still quite distant from ascendance, all its traits can be considered well-played and rather deserving.

Though this cannot be said in the same manner as how the female cover art for the title, former Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey was told of, the newly crowned UFC Featherweight Champion Conor McGregor can surely relate to the accolade given to him.

According to I Digital Times, though Rousey may have lost to Holly Holm around a month back, she still is the female cover art star to be witnessed in UFC 2 cover, and in an opposition of fate, Conor McGregor earned his rightful throne after his amazing first-round knockout win against former UFC Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo. The match lasted a mere thirteen seconds before McGregor delivered a colossal left hand that took Aldo out of his decade-long undefeated reign.

UFC 2 was declared to hit the stores without a specific date yet by Spring of 2016. This will give EA Sports enough time to formulate on what else can be done for the title, and if any more attributes will prove to be beneficial along the way.

Though the current information of the cover art superstars may be sufficient enough, fans are simply yet eagerly awaiting for more news that will surface to make the title a much more admirable expansion as it already is, as per Latin Post.

UFC 2 will set foot in the next gen consoles of the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Keep posted for more updates on the world of UFC 2 and the mixed martial arts industry as well.
