'Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales' is the upcoming film from Walt Disney which is the fifth instalment in the series. The action-adventure comedy film's plot will try to cover up the lost tracks and rumours have emerged to serve the fans.

5 years since the last franchise film, On Stranger Tides was released; fans are still waiting on the news regarding their favourite captain pirate, Jack Sparrow. However, minimal information has been released about the film's main story line. According to CP Entertainment, the new movie will pick up on the events that took place after the third movie, "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End." This would mean that the groovy Captain Hector Barbossa, played by Geoffry Rush, will be featured again to be Jack Sparrow's dearest friend and enemy.

Moreover, after Brenton Thwaites was added to the cast as a replacement to Orlando Bloom, many speculated that he will play as Will Turner's son named Henry wherein rumours also indicates that the character will start on a journey to find his father, as reported by International Business Times.

The impending film is also reported to go back from the start. According to Youth Health, a statement said by Kaya Scodelario, who will be playing Carina Smith and is the love interest of Henry, the film makers want to take things back to where everything began after seeing that the franchise wandered off from the key elements. Furthermore, Orlando Bloom spoiled the audience and stated that "Basically, they want to reboot the whole franchise - I think - and do something with me and the relationship with my son," that led to various plot speculations.

The Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales is the continuation of the massively successful Pirates of the Caribbean series which started in 2003. The film would centre on the aftermath events of the third film with a new lead to take Will Turner's place. Also, the film is also rumoured to be a reboot of the franchise after confirmation that other key actors will not return to prolong the series. Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Men Tell No Tales is expected for July 2017 release.
