It's barely been a week since "Hollywood Exes" star Andrea Kelly and husband Brian McKee filed for divorce, with Kelly citing McKee's numerous infidelities.

Now, McKee has stepped up- to Instagram- to prove he's not the bad guy that his ex-wife and her fans think he is.

On Instagram, McKee posted a short video of himself, singing while at the gym.

The video, which acts as McKee's proof of his singing talents (fans and other "Hollywood Exes" cast members have recently been calling into question the aspiring singer's vocal abilities), also came with a message attached.

"I know there are a lot of negative comments flying all over social media right now, and that's to be expected because once again, the WHOLE story isn't out there, just the negative portions were shown."

McKee later added the following:

"And I agree, my performance on #Hollywoodexes was not my finest hour. This video I'm posting will not erase a bad performance and it's not to defend one either. I'm just reassuring all who doubt me that there is NO autotune in the gym. Everyone be blessed and stay positive and focused! B McKee."

Hopefully, for McKee's sake, his improved vocal performance will help ease the bad press caused by his TV performance, although given the amount of vitriol coming his way from "Hollywood Exes" fans and "Hollywood Exes" cast members, this may not be likely.

Andrea Kelly has already fired back, and a new report shows that Kelly was extremely miffed when McKee nearly missed their wedding rehearsal. The two were married on the season finale of "Hollywood Exes," which was filmed this past March.

Given his current marital status and rocky relationship with his soon-to-be ex-wife, it's not at all clear if McKee will be returning to "Hollywood Exes" for another season.
