Reality show "Dance Moms" star Maddie Ziegler has spoken about her rumored rift with co-star Chloe Lukasiak, Enstars reports. According to Ziegler, there is no truth to the rumors and speculations about their supposed feud with Lukasiak.
The dancer claimed that they support and help each other with their careers as dancing celebrities.
Ziegler, together with her mother Melissa Gisoni, spoke about the drama on the show in a recent interview. The dancer wanted to put a stop to all the rumors that have been circulating.
"Chloe and I are still friends," Ziegler shared in an interview with In Touch Weekly. "We just don't see each other as much when we aren't filming. She does her own thing," she added.
Gisoni seconded her daughter's statement saying, "To be honest with you, I don't think there's any rivalry at all. You should see Maddie and Chloe backstage. They say I love you, they pray together, it's the cutest thing."
"The show wants them to be at each other's throats, but they're not. They're so supportive of each other," Gisoni revealed.
According to Gisoni when the drama on the show gets too much, she and Ziegler find it hard to accept the "hate" they receive from other dancers and their moms.
"It bugs me. I know that it's really hard to the other girls when Abby pays more attention to me," Ziegler revealed the interview. "It's true, they don't get as much attention. But, I don't think it's right for the other moms to talk bad about me or behind my back. It hurts my feelings. And watching them yell at my mom, it makes me sad," she continued.
Gisoni also revealed the other side of controversial dance instructor Abby Lee Miller that viewers of the show do not know. "I always tell the other moms that if they would just let some of the things Abby does roll off their shoulders, things would be easier. There's another side to Abby, too. She loves to fool around with the kids and play with them. She shops for them constantly! But they don't show that [on the show]," Gisoni revealed.
"Dance Moms" Season 4 airs every Wednesday on the Lifetime Network at 9 p.m. EST/PST.
