Rumors surfaced that "Magic Mike" stripping bad boy and his wife Jenna Dewan are in the verge of divorce as their success is driving them apart. The couple squelches the rumors saying that their marriage is perfectly fine, as Tatum made a promise to himself to pick roles that are appropriate for his young daughter to see.
Channing Tatum's career has been on an epic film-making on the last three years, making 16 films in total including blockbusters "21 Jumpstreet" and its sequel "22 Jumpstreet." But is this success getting between him and Jenna Dewan?
Though the married couple have personally been trying to convince folks that their marriage is completely fine, that didn't stop the fans to think the opposite.
According to Classicalite, last month a supposed insider told Star for their July 4 issue that despite the two's love for each other, their progressing careers are splitting them apart. "The truth is that Chan's career has taken off since he and Jenna got together, and all the attention he gets just drives her insane...Chan and Jenna have a lot of jealousy issues."
Additionally, an alleged friend of the Hollywood couple stated in the latest August 11 print edition of the same magazine that Tatum was looking to therapy to help keep the relationship moving forward.
"He needs to hit the rest button. It took him a while to find success in Hollywood, but since he's become an A-list name, he's working himself into the ground.
"He knows that counseling can put his head straight...He wants to enjoy his family."
Meanwhile, as of their first child, baby Everly, Tatum made a promise to himself to stick to future roles that his daughter can see, as reported by Enstars. "I've promised myself only to accept roles my daughter can see while she's young," Tatum said. "So she can understand what your dad does."
As per her mother, Dewan revealed what it's like to be a working mom. "Kids are life-transformative, but they should fit in to your life," she said in the interview. "You don't want to feel resentful for forgetting about a whole part of yourself. It's tough learning how to balance and multitask; it's a lot of balls to juggle. That's been the biggest learning curve of this year for sure," as published by ABC News.
The couple was married since July 2009 and welcomed Everly in May 2013, and has no plans for another baby just yet.
