Gamers who own Xbox 360 and Xbox One with gold subscription can now download free games offered by Microsoft for its "Games of Gold" promo for August this year. Citing gaming media sites, Kpopstarz said Xbox 360 users can now get two free games. In addition to free games, the members are also offered great discounts on various game titles every week for the month of August.
"Motocross Madness" which is priced at $9.99, is among the game titles XBox 360 users with Gold subcription could avail for free. This game is an off-road motorcycle racing quest where players can race in obstacle courses and perform freebiking tricks. Players can engage in single-player events, ghost challenges, and 8-player multiplayer races. This game is available from March 1-15.
"Strike Suit Zero," is another Xbox 360 title that could be availed for free by Gold users. This title is a space flight combat developed by Born Ready Games which introduces a "strike mode" to the dogfight-based gameplay. The game is currently being sold at a retail price of $19.99.
"Crimson Dragon" is a flight-based shooter game of which players are able to maneuver dragons and rescue humans from dragon dominion. This Xbox 360 game can also be availed by Gold users for free and retails at $19.99.
These games will replace "Guacamelee! Super Championship Edition" and "Max: The Curse of the Brotherhood," reported Christian Today.
For August 16-31, Bethesda's 'Dishonored' will also be available whose original price is $19.99. A player in this game must seek to rescue the princess, gain control over the empire and he must do this undetected.
Christian Post published more discounted titles, which are as follows
- Gamer can purchase "Call of Duty: Ghosts" for only $30, which is 50% less than its original price. Three "Rock Band 3" titles are also on 50 percent discount.
- "Terraria - Xbox 360 Edition" is on a 65 percent discount at $5 from the $15 retail price.
- Original titles "The Doors Greatest Hits: Rock Band Edition" and "The Greatest Hits: Rock Band Edition" are now available for as low as $10 per title.
- "Angry Birds Star Wars" is also being sold but currently offers no discount at $40.
- All free games and discounted ones are for a limited time only.
