45-year old "30 Rock" comedian Tracy Morgan is still suffering from the injuries brought by the car accident that happened on June 7 in New Jersey. Morgan's Mercedes Benz Limousine carrying his entourage from a gig was slammed by a Wal-Mart truck, killing co-comedian star James "Jimmy Mack" McNair instantly and injuring the rest of the passengers.

Attorney Benedict Morrell, who was interviewed by "TODAY" on NBC, said his client is "still struggling" from the evidently serious injuries he received from the crash, which include a broken leg, nose and several ribs, the Huffington Pos reported. The attorney said, "He's still struggling, but he's a fighter. He's had issues before that he's fought through, and he's fighting hard."

"The interesting thing is that at the beginning, the Internet was saying that [Morgan] was dead. And then they said they amputated his leg. Now it's coming out that he's doing great. None of those things are true or accurate," Morrell added.

Meanwhile, NBC Philadelphia said that a dashcam footage of the aftermath of the multi-vehicular incident has been released by the New Jersey State Police. All five clips from the dashboard cameras of the responding police officers are available here.

Truck driver Kevin Roper, 35 has submitted a not guilty plea on vehicular homicide and assault by auto charges filed against him stemming from the vehicular incident.

Morgan's camp alleged that that Roper had been awake for more than a day, which is a clear violation to the United State's truck regulations on shift breaks and work hours. Moreover, it has been claimed that Roper had been driving nearly 700 miles from Georgia to his work at Delaware prior to the incident.

HuffPost said Wal-Mart, Roper's employer, has publicly declared that it will take "full responsibilities" if Roper is found guilty on the charges.
