Season 7 of "Parks and Recreation" is about to kick off in the early part of the year 2015, and according to KpopStarz, fans are having a bittersweet moment about it. A lot of people are excited that the show is returning, but a lot of them are disappointed as it will be the last season of the show.

Flavorwire reported that German actor and director, Werner Herzog will make a cameo appearance in "Parks and Recreation." In front of an audience at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Herzog talked about Bavaria's King Ludwig II. And as a screen went up behind him with an image of the king's famed "fairy tale castle" which reminded him of Disney World, Herzog added, "Just 10 days ago I acted in a tiny cameo in a TV show called, uh, "Parks and Recreation?"

Herzog explained that he's playing "an elderly guy who sells his decrepit house to the young couple who are leading characters in this, and directly to the camera, I address the audience and I say, "You know, I lived in this home for 47 years. And I decided to move out now and sell this because I'm moving to Orlando, Florida, to be close to Disney World." I've never seen the show, but I hope they kept some of it."

Meanwhile, at the end of the Season 6, there was a three year time jump that happened and a lot of people are wondering why Tom was not shown when the time jump occurred. Entertainment Weekly said that according to executive producer, Michael Schur, he specifically did not have any intentions of showing Tom in the time jump. "When we were discussing who should be in that scene, Tom was pretty quickly ruled out, I'll say that. For various reasons, we though we should not see Tom in that scene."

KopStarz pointed out that the seventh season of "Parks and Recreation" will only consist of 13 episodes, with E! Online adding that NBC will be holding the show for a midseason premiere. A month ago, Retta, who plays Donna Meagle on the show, revealed that "Parks and Recreation" is currently in production via her Instagram account. And while there isn't an exact release date yet, the show should be expected sometime in early 2015.
