In an interview with SheKnows, "Grey's Anatomy" star Sarah Drew revealed that she is definitely not enjoying being pregnant but she is very much looking forward to bring her baby out to see the world.
"I'm not a pregnancy unicorn. But I really enjoy feeling the baby move. It's magical. It reminds me of the insanely epic thing that's happening inside me. But everything else that goes with pregnancy I could do without."
The actress, who plays April Kepner in the long-running medical drama, is expecting her second child with husband Peter Lanfer. The couple announced in July that they are expecting their second child by the end of this year. Their first child, Micah Emmanuel, was born in January 2012.
"Peter and I are delighted to announce our pregnancy," she told People magazine. "We can't wait to introduce Micah to his little brother or sister."
The 33-year-old actress recently shared a photo of herself gorgeously showing her baby bump via her social media account. Drew is noticeably having a pregnancy glow, drawing positive comments from fans. The post goes with the caption, "25.5 weeks along."
"Revenge" actress Emily VanCamp also commented, "You look absolutely gorgeous! Lots of love to you!"
Drew's character in "Grey's Anatomy" also revealed her pregnancy with husband Jackson Ackey (Jesse Williams) back on the series' season 10 finale in May.
In an interview with TVGuide.com, Drew shared details about the TV couple. "Their honeymoon bubble is over. Now they have to deal with the real-life enormity of the very quick decision that they made," said the actress.
"It causes some tension that they're going to have to work out. She doesn't know how she feels about whether she wants a child now or whether they'll ever be able to reconcile their differences in how they want to raise their kids."
"Grey's Anatomy" season 11 premieres on Thursday, Sept. 25 at 8/7c on ABC.
