Just when are we going to see the first trailer for "Jurassic World?" Originally, what was speculated was that we'd see our first glimpse of the next dinosaur sequel during the Super Bowl.
But the Super Bowl is a long way away, and Legendary Pictures may want to give audiences a taste of some dinosaur action a little sooner than that.
It's with that in mind that the latest rumor for "Jurassic World" has hit the Internet- according to Fashion & Style, the first trailer for "Jurassic World" will hit in November.
They claim that the trailer could debut before "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1," "Dumb and Dumber To" or "Intestellar." "Interstellar," is by far, the likeliest candidate, given that both it and "Jurassic World" are the product of Legendary Studios.
JurassicWorld.org has more on the story, and while they confirm the same news ("Jurassic World" trailer in November), they add a disclaimer to their report:
"It's important to note that this only a rumor, and although the insider in question has a good track record on information, things are always changing in the movie industry. That said, all early buzz points to us seeing something from Jurassic World this November, and a film such as Chris Nolan's Interstellar seems like the perfect place to show it first."
Sound advice, most likely. Still, it's hard not to get excited with the promise of new dinosaurs on the way.
An earlier report from Fashion & Style- the one that first reported on the Super Bowl rumor- also adds a few key details. Apparently, "Jurassic World" is most likely rated PG-13, and may have a LEGO tie-in videogame. That would be a huge boost for the franchise, because other LEGO games ("LEGO Batman," "LEGO Marvel," "LEGO Lord of the Rings") have been massively successful.
